Sonesta Essential NW Houston is the Brand’s Second Property in Market
Sonesta International Hotels Corporation (Sonesta) today announced the grand opening of Sonesta Essential NW Houston, a 99-room upper-midscale hotel located at 7887 West Tidwell Road in Houston, Texas. The hotel is in close proximity to Route 290 and near major attractions such as Sam Houston Race Park, the Galleria shopping mall, and Bear Creek Pioneers Park.
“We are excited to open the Sonesta Essential NW Houston, which is our second hotel with this new brand in the Houston market,” said Keith Pierce, Sonesta’s EVP and President of Franchise & Development. “We launched the Sonesta Essential brand earlier this year, and it has resonated strongly with both hotel owners and guests.”
Sonesta Essential provides guests with all of the essentials for their stay. Available to franchise in the U.S., the brand offers easier new builds and conversions with modest brand standards, limited food and beverage requirements, and simplified conversion processes. Sonesta Essential features elevated bedding as part of the brand’s unique sleep program, high-speed complimentary WiFi, complimentary hot breakfast, premium all-day coffee, and a fitness center.
Sonesta Essential NW Houston guests can earn or redeem points at Sonesta Essential as members of the award-winning Sonesta Travel Pass loyalty program. This hotel is one of nearly 50 options from Sonesta in the Greater Houston market.
