NEWTON, MA, [December 5, 2024] – Sonesta International Hotels Corporation (Sonesta) today announced the opening of Red Lion Inn & Suites Grimes, a 53-room, midscale hotel located at 251 SE Gateway Drive, in Grimes, IA just north of Des Moines. The hotel is close to several outdoor recreation and sports attractions including Climb Iowa, GrimesPlex, Waterworks Park & Splash Pad, the Grimes Sports Complex and K1 Speed racetrack.
