Sonesta Simply Suites Las Vegas Convention Center Announces Completion of Renovation

Updates Include Newly Renovated Public Spaces and Guest Rooms

Las Vegas, NV 5/06/2026 – Sonesta Simply Suites Las Vegas Convention Center – today announced the completion of an extensive renovation program designed to enhance the guest experience.  The renovations include updated guest rooms, updated hallways, new lighting and an all-new modern lobby and market experience that will appeal to both new and returning guests. Updates have also been made to the 24-hour fitness center, guest laundry room, and elevators.

Sonesta Simply Suites Las Vegas Convention Center began renovations in September 2025. The latest design offers guests comfortable apartment-style accommodation so they can enjoy a seamless, uncomplicated travel experience.

Property renovations include the following:

• Guest Rooms: With simple furniture in neutral wood tones, comfortable seating, and purposeful lighting, rooms maximize space so guests can rest, work, eat and relax in a comfortable environment.

• Lobby Area: Guests are greeted with a lobby featuring clean lines and convenient amenities, providing a place for a quick snack, a space to charge their phones and the ability to print a document before heading out the door.
• Meeting Room: Guests can stay connected and work productively. Upgraded Wi-Fi, coffee station with mini-fridge and built in AV to include; large whiteboard, projector screen and 65” TV. Meetings can accommodate up to 24 people in classroom style.
